A good paint job can last anywhere from 5 to 10 years. Stucco lasts a little bit longer, while wood expands and contracts, creating faster wear and tear on the paint surface.

Standard Package starts with priming all drywall. Then finishing ceilings and closets in flat finish. All walls are finished in Flat/Matte sheen unless specified by builder, or homeowner. Window trim and woodwork is finished in Satin or Semi Gloss sheen. Allowance is 3 colors (main area, bathrooms, bedrooms) are in the standard package and each additional color adds a $200 upcharge.
Standard package includes spot priming any bare areas. 2 finish coats. Benjamin Moore product to be used on exterior surfaces. Starting rates are $6 a square feet. Example, if your house is a 2,000sq/ft living space of the house the minimum charge to complete work starts at $12,000 and includes all labor and paint and a seem less process from A-Z.
